I’m Renee Cooper — a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Life Coach with more than a decade of experience helping people transform their bodies, mindset, and confidence. At 54 years old, I’m proof that strength and vitality have no expiration date — and I’m passionate about helping others feel powerful at every stage of life.
